Andrew Purvis, son of the legendary Jack Purvis, and sister of “Maternal Ewok” Katie Purvis, will be doing a very rare private mail in signing in April.
Purvis assisted in controlling “Kitik Keed’kak” during the Cantina scene in A New Hope while visiting the set with his father.
Autographs are £18 plus shipping and there are options for character name and personalization. Pen color requests can also be indicated when ordering. The deadline for ordering is March 15th.

“A little known fact is that my brother Andrew, actually played a role in the cantina scene, from A New Hope.
Back in the day, my dear father took Andrew on set for the day whilst filming the scenes involving the alien Kitik Keed’kak. Andrew was asked if he’d like to help operate the creature, to which he readily agreed.
After speaking to Andrew, he has agreed to do a limited signing which, given how busy he is, will most likely be a one and done project. Bearing in mind Andrew is non UK based, I’m afraid there is not a send-in service available for this signing. All orders to be in by 15th March. Andrew will be signing early April.”
