John Williams will conduct his music at the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra on January 18th and 19th, 2020. Williams had been scheduled to perform at the venue in November of 2018 but had to cancel his appearance due to health reasons.
Williams will be conducting selections of his work from some of the biggest films in cinema history including Close Encounters of the Third Kind, ET, Harry Potter, Schindler’s List, Jurassic Park, Indiana Jones and, of course, Star Wars.
Tickets will go on sale for the general public on Thursday, October 24, 2019 at 9 am.
Concert tickets can be purchased at www.musikverein.at or in person/telephone at the Konzertkassa of the Gesellschaft der Musikfreunde.
