Author Alex Kane will be celebrating Star Wars Day by signing autographs. His book signing is part of B-Town Comic’s “Free Comic Book/Star Wars Weekend Extravaganza.” He will be signing in the store, which is located in Burlington, Iowa, from 11am-4pm.
Kane is the author of Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, of which Star Wars Battlefront II writer Walt Williams says “Alex Kane’s book reveals the amazing story behind one of the greatest Star Wars games of all time, and how its creation was an adventure all its own, just like the films by which they were inspired.”
A freelance journalist, Kane’s work has appeared in such places as the websites for Rolling Stone, Variety and Starwars.com. This is his first book.
The book is published by Boss Fight Books, which was founded in 2013 and publishes nonfiction documentary-style books about classic video games. Below is their synopsis of Kane’s book.
