Topps Star Wars Authentics is planning to offer autograph collectors exclusive Celebration Chicago 8×10 prints as a photo option on each signers’ table. Mark Von Ohlen, manager of Star Wars Authentics recently told Star Wars Autograph News their plans for the exclusive print.
“We are working with Lucasfilm on creating one exclusive photo for every single guest attending the show.” explained Von Ohlen. “It will likely have to be a gray background picture of whatever the actor’s most famous character is.”
“So someone like James Arnold Taylor I would do his animated Obi-Wan from The Clone Wars in his signature look and I wouldn’t do Plo Kloon. “
The images, which will be a free option on the signers’ table in autograph hall, will also feature a Celebration Chicago 2019 logo.
“We will have a limited selection of these available at the table.” said Von Ohlen. “There won’t be an upcharge to have them, they’re just going to be part of the regular selection, but we’re not going to print 1,000 of them, so there will be a limited quantity for each person.”
