Recently I reported that Star Wars: The Clone Wars voice actor Stephen Stanton will be appearing at Ventura Comic Con, September 13-14th at the Ventura County Fairgrounds and that he will be accepting donations for Big Brothers Big Sisters at his table throughout the weekend.  Those who donate will receive (while supplies last) a numbered limited edition photo of Jay Igno, the last character Stanton played on The Clone Wars, which he will sign.

Yesterday he made a surprise announcement on Facebook.

James Arnold Taylor will be joining us Ventura Comic Con next weekend. Don’t miss Obi Wan & Tarkin together for the first time ever at a convention! It’s going to be a lot fun.

As it turned out, to win the autograph, you had to answer two trivia questions correctly during the live podcast.  If you answered the first question correctly (who was Stephen Stanton’s first voice character for TCW) your name would be entered into a hat and a winner would be chosen that way.  If you were the first person to answer the second question correctly, (what kind of vehicle does Stephen Stanton drive), you would automatically win an autograph.  I was the first to respond with “pick up truck” for the second question and won one of the autographs.
