Joe Johnston has signed this book and written a Star Wars message inside. It comes with a signed COA that is also signed by Mr. Johnston.
Personalization is available. After purchase, message Joe Johnston Sketchbook with your personalization request. There is NO original sketch option, only personalization (i.e. "To John-").
This book weighs almost 4 pounds on its own, not including shipping materials. It is very expensive to ship overseas as there is no international media mail shipping option. The Sketchbook is happy to help you find the cheapest rate available prior to purchase. Feel free to contact us and we will find the most cost efficient rate for you. The cheapest available rate we have found to date is USPS Priority Mail, which runs approximately $55 USD worldwide except to Canada, which is cheaper. Some countries run much higher than $55.
Joe Johnston was the VFX Art Director on Stars Wars Episodes IV, V and VI. He designed most of the spaceships and vehicles, some of the characters, and storyboarded most of the sequences that involve VFX. He went on to direct many films such as Captain America: The First Avenger, Jumanji, Hidalgo, The Wolfman, The Rocketeer, October Sky, Jurassic Park III, and Honey I Shrunk the Kids.
