REVILL-SEND-IN
We are pleased and honored to offer the opportunity to mail in your own items to be signed by actor Clive Revill, the voice of the Emperor in the original theatrical version of Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back!
***Please note, Mr. Revill prefers not to sign memorabilia from the Special Edition version of Episode V where his voice was replaced by Ian McDiarmid. Please refrain from sending in anything that depicts the newer version of the film as it likely will not be signed.***
For this signing, we are taking almost all items: Photos, LP Covers, lobby cards, 27 x 41 posters or smaller, trading cards, comics, small books, and other flat paper items. Sorry, no toys, large books, statues, etc. If unsure, please inquire first.
For personal items, please make sure to include a post-it-note attached to the back of your item with your name and address as it’s shown in your order.
To order:
1) Read, print and sign our SEND IN TERMS,
2) Select your item type below,
3) Enter your name to have item personalized*,
4) Include a description of the item you are sending,
5) Proceed to checkout,
6) Items are expected to be mailed out by late October.
*If you prefer not to have your name on your item, you may leave the personalized field blank below. Sorry no movie quotes. While personalization and character name requests are acceptable, we can only guarantee the signature.
Orders will be taken through Wednesday, October 1st and are expected to ship late-October. Send in items must arrive at the address below by Saturday, October 4th, 2014.

We reserve the right to extend or end early any signing to best accommodate the actor’s schedule. We also reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders whose name submitted in the “personalization field” may offend the actor. Limit of two names in personalized field or use (The Stevens Family or similar if you want it to the whole family. Personalized signed photos combined with other items in our store will delay shipment of the rest of your order. All orders are subject to actor’s schedule. Any offer cancelled by the actor or Official Pix will be refunded. Sorry no other refunds on personalized autographs. Additionally, if you choose to pack your send-in item in packaging larger or heavier than is normal for an item of that size, we may invoice you for additional shipping charges.
