COLORADO SPRINGS, CO, January 4, 2016 – Altered Reality Entertainment, owners of Rhode Island Comic Con, Southcoast Toy and Comic Con Show, Terror Con, and the newly formed Hartford ComiConn, has announced an expansion of their New England footprint with a new event — Colorado Springs Comic Con.

Slated for August 26-28, 2016 at the Mortgage Solutions Financial Expo Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado, the first ever Colorado Springs Comic Con will feature celebrity guests from popular television and movie properties, as well as mainstream and independent comic book professionals. The three-day event will also showcase vendors of collectibles and toys, and feature a cosplay competition.

Jason David Frank, professional mixed martial artist and actor from the Power Rangers property, is the first guest to be announced of this new event. Further guest announcements, vendor and artist applications will begin in early 2016.

Tickets are currently on sale through the event's website at www.cscomiccon.com. Ticket prices start at $25 for adults and $10 for kids between the ages of six and twelve. VIP passes are also available.
