The world of Star Wars cosplay is as varied as all the stars in the Galaxy Far, Far Away.  There are few who travel in Star Wars circles not aware of the charitable works of the 501st Legion, The Rebel Legion and Mandalorian Mercs costuming clubls (to name just a few.) 

There is another group of Star Wars cosplay which I do not believe has any official name, but I refer to as "The Icons."  These talented people have created characters which have taken on a life of their own.  Chef Vader.  "George Lucas" (Jorg Sacul.)  Boba Phat.  Elvis Trooper.  And last, but not least, HipHopTrooper.  They embody the spirit of Star Wars, and just how many ways we can express our love of the films.

I caught a glimpse of HipHopTrooper at Celebration Anaheim.

HipHopTrooper has teamed up with CoKreeate and produced five 7 inch HHT figures, which are currently being auctioned on eBay.  These figures feature removable helmets and are each signed by the HHT.  Profits from the auctions will be donated to charity. The auctions will run until the evening of Saturday, October 24th and you can bid on the figures by clicking HERE.
